Job Description

THE ROLE:

With your IT know-how, you will develop as a Full stack developer (all genders) websites and e-commerce platforms based on JavaScript, HTML, PHP, WordPress. On the backend you’re able to optimize our client’s systems in Shopify, Shopware and Magento. On the backend side of the project you’re capable developing solutions with CSS, XML, Apache, Shopware, My SQL, Bootstrap, Plesk and Cloudflare.

In the course of this, you will ensure that the software solutions developed are implemented efficiently. As part of an agile team, you will work closely with your colleagues.

Depending on your experience, you will already take on responsibility for projects or sub-projects.

You’re contributing a good understanding and determined implementation of responsive web designs and progressive web apps. And you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer, experience in Website Tracking (Tag Manager, Conversion tracking) and E-Commerce.

ESSENTIAL:

• Front end Web Developer with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and jQuery (ideally PHP), JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of CMS systems, preferably WordPress, Shopify.
• Knowledge of responsive design and optimising for mobile.
• Experience of Web User Experience (UX).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

DESIRABLE:

• A portfolio website and ability to show examples of completed work.
• E-commerce experience.
• Knowledge of MySQL, databases and server setups.
• Knowledge of other CMS systems.
